Altering notice requirements relating to the recordation of a restrictive covenant modification to an unlawfully restrictive covenant by authorizing a county or municipality to provide notice by publication in a certain newspaper once per week for 4 successive weeks, or by posting at a courthouse in a certain manner, or on the official website of a county or municipality.
